Intera Engineering Ltd. currently has the following career opportunities in our Ottawa office:

Environmental Engineering Technician/Technologist. Intera is seeking individuals with a related diploma as Environmental Technician/Technologist, Geological Technician, with up to 5 years experience in hydrogeologic/environmental investigation. Willingness to travel within Ontario and undertake field work is essential. Bilingualism is an asset.

Entry-level hydrogeologists and environmental engineers. Intera is seeking individuals with a related undergraduate degree in engineering or science and 0 to 2 years experience in hydrogeologic/environmental investigation, assessment and site cleanup. Bilingualism is an asset.

Intermediate/senior hydrogeologists and geological engineers. Intera is seeking individuals with a related degree, post-graduate preferred, in engineering or science and 5 years or more experience in deep borehole investigations of sedimentary rocks for waste disposal purposes.

Groundwater analysts/modelers. Intera is seeking quantitative groundwater analysts/modelers with background and training/experience in numerical flow and transport modeling and scientific programming. The position requires a degree in hydrogeology, civil engineering, environmental engineering, water resources engineering or related fields with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience. Candidates with less experience and an advanced degree in a related field will be considered.
