Site Remediation

In most cases contaminated sites must be cleaned up, or at a minimum, the contamination must be managed to ensure the protection of human health and the environment.  Many site remediation approaches and technologies are available and range from on-site and in‑situ approaches to removal for subsequent off-site treatment or disposal.

Selecting the most appropriate and cost-effective method to clean up a contaminated site requires a comprehensive understanding of site soil and groundwater conditions, characteristics of contaminants, regulatory requirements, performance capabilities of cleanup technologies, and client needs.
